Tasks

Your contribution to our success story:

Marketing & Growth

• Steering and responsibility for all marketing and online shop activities
• BUILDING AND SCALING PERFORMANT PAID-MEDIA CAMPAIGNS (Google, Meta)
• Responsibility for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and website performance
• Developing the brand positioning in the luxury segment
• Steering external agencies and internal marketing processes
• BUILDING DATA-DRIVEN MARKETING STRUCTURES AND KPI FRAMEWORKS

E-Commerce & CRM

• Responsibility for Shopify and further development of the online shop
• Optimizing the customer journey and lead generation
• Tight connection between marketing and sales (Pipedrive)
• BUILDING LEAD-SCORING AND AUTOMATIONS

Tracking & Analytics

• BUILDING AND STEERING TRACKING SETUPS (GTM, GA4, CAPI)
• Analyzing and optimizing marketing channels based on KPIs
• Developing attribution models

Qualification

You bring:

• Multiple years of experience in performance marketing, e-commerce, or growth
• Deep understanding of Shopify, paid media, and tracking
• Experience with CRM systems (ideally Pipedrive)
• Data-driven work and understanding of KPIs (CAC, LTV etc.)
• Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking
• Experience in the luxury or premium segment is advantageous
