With a strong brand portfolio, a dense network of branches throughout the DACH region, and growing digital offerings, the company has consistently grown over the years and become market leader in a highly expansive and crisis-resistant industry.

Marketing is understood as a growth motor, not as a cost center at the company. To further develop the entire marketing department, the company is looking for a strategic leadership personality as driving force behind profitable growth and strong brand leadership.

Aufgaben

Strategy & Budget

• You are responsible for the overall marketing and growth strategy. You steer all marketing budgets based on clearly defined processes and KPIs, result-oriented along the entire customer journey.

Omnichannel & Brand

• You sharpen the brand profile and orchestrate all channels - from TV/Radio campaigns to PR and Digital Content.

Performance & Data

• You drive performance-driven marketing (Paid Media, SEO, GEO) and marketing automation forward. Your focus lies on the integration of content strategy, SEO, and GEO into a sustainable growth lever.

Filial- & Lokal-Marketing

• You develop scalable, regional concepts for the growing branch network and provide tools and guidelines (Local SEO/Google Business Profile, POS materials) to support local marketing efforts.

CRM & Retention

• You are responsible for lifecycle and retention campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value and sustainable customer loyalty.

Führung & Kultur

• You lead a team of around 15 employees, provide clear orientation, promote modern working methods, and develop a performance- and learning-oriented culture.

Qualifikation

Akademischer Hintergrund

• A successful study with a focus on marketing or equivalent qualification.

Führungserfahrung

• Long-term leadership experience in B2C marketing - ideally within a branch structure.

Erfolgsbilanz

• Verifiable results in performance-driven digital marketing across multiple channels – from conversion optimization to funnel management and designing cross-channel customer journeys.

Fachkompetenz

• Deep expertise in SEO and modern GEO strategies for sustainable lead growth and scaling successful campaigns. Funded experience in media planning/purchasing (TV/Radio), CRM & lifecycle marketing, and PR.

Leadership-Qualitäten

• Strategic team leadership with a strong hands-on mentality for goal-oriented creative excellence, technical performance, and data-driven marketing – also in the management of external partners.

Arbeitsweise

• A strong analytical and data-driven approach, with excellent knowledge of analytics, attribution, and KPI control – combined with high implementation power and clear orientation.
