As part of our small yet ambitious team, you'll build and direct our marketing efforts towards achieving significant success. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals; Define and implement a content marketing plan that showcases Uptalent.io's unique value proposition; Drive brand awareness through social media, influencer partnerships, and other digital channels; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted campaigns that drive conversions; Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing decisions; Develop and manage the marketing budget; Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing leadership role; Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results; Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and content marketing; Excellent communication and project management skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
