Chief Human Resources Officer

Job Title: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Location: Gurugram, India Industry: Automotive Experience: 15 years of relevant experience in human resources, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. Position Overview: The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will play a critical role in shaping and executing the people strategy for the automotive company. The CHRO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and labor relations. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to deliver HR services and support to employees across the organization. • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive work culture and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners. • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to employees, managers, and other stakeholders. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes that impact the company's HR function. • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to employment, labor, and human resources. • Develop and manage budgets for HR initiatives and programs. • Provide regular reports and metrics on HR-related key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leaders. • Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. • Ensure that all HR processes and procedures are fair, transparent, and free from bias. • Develop and implement training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge. • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs. • Provide support and guidance to employees on career development, job search strategies, and professional growth opportunities. • Ensure that all HR-related data and metrics are accurate, reliable, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations. • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes that impact the company's HR function.
