Job Title: CFO Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team as we prepare for our SME IPO journey. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in IPO execution, listing compliance, SEBI and exchange regulations, and overall financial governance for listed entities. This role is critical to ensuring smooth coordination with merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and regulators. Key Responsibilities: IPO Execution and Compliance: Lead and manage the entire IPO process, from pre-filing to listing. Ensure compliance with all SEBI guidelines, exchange regulations, and other relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with merchant bankers, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth IPO process. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations to management. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the company's budget and financial forecasts. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement. Risk Management and Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard the company's assets. Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Investor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with investors and analysts. Prepare and present financial information to investors. Team Leadership and Management: Build, lead, and mentor the finance team. Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within the finance department. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 15 years of experience. Proven experience in leading and managing IPO processes, preferably for SMEs. In-depth knowledge of SEBI guidelines, exchange regulations, and other relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
