Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Hospitality Acquisitions & Investments Location: Hyderabad About Ridhira Group Ridhira Group is building a next-generation hospitality platform focused on acquiring, repositioning, and operating premium hotels and resorts across India. Our business model is centered on identifying underperforming or strategic hospitality assets, acquiring them, restructuring ownership through PropCo–OpCo models, repositioning the assets, and maximizing long-term value. We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our financial strategy, managing our financial planning and analysis, and providing critical insights to drive business decisions. You will also oversee the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
