Chief Financial Officer Reference: ERD009849-AH-1 Location: East Rand The salary is negotiable and will depend on the performance and experience of the successful candidate during the interview. Duties & Responsibilities Either an engineering degree or financial background with a business qualification. Confidence in business management and financial reporting, including financial policies, procedures, and financial statements. Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively with the management team and other stakeholders. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports. Ability to provide guidance and support to the finance team. Ability to identify and implement process improvements. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
