Chief Financial Officer

The CFO will be responsible for the financial health of the company and its subsidiary. The CFO will also produce financial reports, direct investment activities, and develop strategies and plans for the organization's long-term financial goals. Key Responsibilities Lead, develop and motivate staff to ensure high levels of performance. Develop finance policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls and legal and risk compliance. Develop, implement and maintain financial systems and processes. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Provide strategic guidance on financial matters to senior management. Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals. Key Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field. 10+ years of experience in finance leadership role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
