Chief Financial Officer

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to support our esteemed client. In this key position, the resource will report directly to the CEO and support strategic and operational management of the company. Main responsibilities - Strategic and financial planning: lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic development processes, providing clear direction and solid data for business decisions. - Financial reporting: prepare monthly financial statements and ensure transparent financial communication in collaboration with central functions of the group. - Management consulting: develop in-depth analyses and strategic recommendations to support innovative and sustainable decision-making. - Innovation and continuous improvement: promote operational efficiency, guide digital transformation, and optimize business processes. - Operational support: act as a trusted partner for various stakeholders, facilitating implementation of company objectives. Requirements - Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector. - Education in economics/business (degree or equivalent). - Advanced skills in accounting, management control, and financial analysis. - Excellent communication and relational skills, with an attitude to negotiation and cross-functional collaboration. - Ability to work under pressure, maintaining an analytical and solution-oriented approach. - Good knowledge of German and English, essential requirement.
