Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are looking for a new colleague to lead our family business and take on the role of CFO.

You will have the role of overseeing the entire financial activity of the company.

Main responsibilities:

• Monitor and control the efficient use of funds;

• Audit and present periodic financial plans and data services (financial report, cash flow, client and supplier declaration);

• Supervise and control accounting, fiscal, and financial tasks, supervise audit;

• Control the management of credits;

• Contact with banks, authorities, municipalities, participation in fiscal audits;

• Manage problems related to loans and credits;

• Establish and maintain control processes;

• Calculate economic project costs, develop and operate cost calculation processes (pre-, post-calculations, analysis, and evaluation);

• Periodic analyzes, prepare financial presentations, represent the company;

• Participate in preparing the annual report, followed by publishing the annual report;

Required experience:

• More than 5 years of professional experience;

Required qualification:

• University studies;

Required language skills:

• Romanian, Hungarian (advanced);

English (intermediate);
