Your Mission: Group Strategy & Leadership

As CFO (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the financial management of the entire group. You are the strategic co-pilot of the management board and ensure that trading (benuta) and logistics (BA Logistics) financially fit together seamlessly to scale our international growth profitably.

Your Impact Areas:

• Group Strategy & Steering: You will take overall responsibility for Finance & Controlling of the benuta operational group. You steer profitability across all entities, optimize unit economics (DB1 to EBITDA) and drive internationalization driven by numbers.
• Logistics Finances & CAPEX: With BA Logistics GmbH, we have strong assets. You will steer investment decisions (CAPEX), monitor logistics costs, and ensure that our operations scale efficiently with revenue growth.
