Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Luxurya Parfum, a company with a long history in the cosmetics sector, specialized in producing and distributing perfumes throughout Italy, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who can strategically manage the financial management of the company. The figure, interfacing with the board and various departments, will contribute to the company's success COMPETENZE/ATTIVITA' DA SVOLGERE - Interfacing constantly with the Board Management to evaluate the performance and cost optimization in the context of business growth and process structuring - Define and supervise the company's financial strategy and budgeting process. - Outline, monitor, and analyze financial KPIs to support strategic planning and decision-making. - Supervise accounting and settlement writings for all group companies, in matters of accounting, taxation, and tributary. - Contribute to treasury management, cash management, and relationships with credit institutions. - Analyze production costs and margins, focusing on optimization and waste reduction for all group companies. - Implement and improve internal control procedures and compliance. - Preside over activities related to the balance sheet report, coordinating with other involved resources. - Prepare the industrial plan and relevant forecasts. - Supervise management control - Collaborate with various company teams to ensure economic sustainability and optimize internal processes. - Support the direction in managing investments, extraordinary operations, and growth projects. - Manage the finance team present in the company. - Manage relationships with external stakeholders: entities, consultants, etc. - Preparation and presentation of periodic financial reports to management and stakeholders. REQUISITI RICHIESTI - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Management. - At least 3 years' experience as CFO, Finance Manager, or Controller. - Excellent knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, and control tools. - Excellent proficiency in the Office package, particularly Excel, familiarity with KPIs and ideagrams. - Written and spoken English language skills (At least level B2). - Consolidated leadership, autonomous decision-making, and previous experience in team management.
