The German Financial Aid is developing a new generation of financial education and consumer orientation for children, parents, and teachers. At the center is the establishment of a clear, trustworthy, and scalable brand that provides orientation and has an impact. For this, we are filling the role of Chief Financial Officer with a clear focus on foundation, structure, and brand leadership.

Tasks

• Overall responsibility for the financial structure of the association, including planning, controlling, and controlling all financial resources
• Building and further development of a sustainable financial architecture for long-term growth
• Responsibility for budget planning, liquidity control, and use of funds within the framework of non-profit
• Development and implementation of strategies for attracting member supporters and financial supporters
• Active participation in the acquisition of financial resources through direct address, structuring of offers, and follow-up assistance
• Building and maintenance of relationships with supporters, partners, and institutional donors
• Ensuring transparent financial processes and proper accounting in accordance with tax requirements
• Close cooperation with the management level for overall financial management and prioritization of initiatives

Qualification

• Experience in financial management, controlling, or comparable commercial functions
• Understanding of financial structures in non-profit organizations or strong interest in getting involved
• Ability to connect financial strategies with operational implementation
• Experience or demonstrated strength in acquiring funds, partnerships, or business development
• Structured, self-reliant working style and high reliability
• Safe handling of numbers, planning models, and economic relationships
