CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER - F&B GROUP

As the Group’s CFO, you will be responsible for all financial matters across multiple brands and countries. You will lead accurate financial reporting, ensure compliance, monitor business performance, and optimize commercial results. Beyond safeguarding the company’s financial health, you will also identify growth opportunities and support the Group’s regional expansion in the F&B industry. Responsibilities Develop the Group's financial strategy and support its overall development expansion strategies; Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders; Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions; Optimize commercial results through effective cost management and process optimization; Collaborate with the CEO and other senior executives to develop and implement strategic plans; Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; At least 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles; Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations; Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines; Experience working in the F&B industry is an asset.
