The Holding creates the architecture for a national and long-term international network that operates with professional standards and simultaneously enables new forms of social engagement. For these tasks, we are looking for a personality with genuine entrepreneurial impact.

Aufgaben

• You develop the Holding structure of the DEHIB Group and are responsible for the strategic management of all subsidiaries.
• You lead the build-up of the Corporate Governance System, Beteiligungsmanagement, and the integration of new companies.
• You conduct active Mergers and Acquisitions Scouting, evaluate targets, perform Deep Dives, and prepare investment decisions.
• You define the capital strategy and shape together with responsible committees the architecture of a closed capital circulation loop that orders financial flows and strengthens member organizations.
• You take over the interface to investors, banks, and institutional partners, prepare appointments, and represent the Holding against internal and external stakeholders.
• You build internal structures, processes, and standards, coordinate Senior Project Managers, and align the entire system for scalability, efficiency, and strong governance.
• You create a long-term roadmap for growth, internationalization, and operational expansion of the economic structure.
• You work 100% remote or in direct personal exchange with stakeholders to further develop the Holding structure.

Qualifikation

• You possess a well-developed strategic thinking and move confidently in complex organizational models.
• You make clear decisions and take responsibility for the entire value chain of a Holding structure.
• You bring ideally a degree in economics, business law, business administration, public finance, or related fields.
• You have experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, Venture Building, investment management, or building corporate groups.
• You think big, develop visionary ideas, and set them up in clear structures.
• You work analytically and precisely, enjoy complex transformation tasks, and shape processes, teams, and capital flows.
• You act intrinsically motivated and long-term oriented and want to shape a Holding that sets new standards in Germany for the interaction between economy and civil society.
• You want to build a structure of national importance and bring the necessary endurance with you.
• You act independently, structured, and reliable.
• You communicate on eye level with leaders from business, politics, and civil society.
• You work proactively, prioritize clearly, and lead the network with strategic precision.
• You appreciate an environment where you can shape and have real impact.

• As soon as the structure generates operative earnings and capital flows are organized, the transition to a fully remunerated C-level mandate with increasing responsibility and growing time commitment will take place.

Compensation Guidelines

The activity begins without fixed salary, as the DEHIB Group is in an early development phase. Compensation grows parallel to the structural and economic progress of the Holding, which you contribute to.
