Description of the vacancy
- Lead and develop the engineering purchasing team, promoting high performance and engagement.
- Ensure the fulfillment of project deadlines and goals conducted by the team.
- Support in price negotiations, agreements, and contracts with suppliers, ensuring the best conditions for the company.
- Making strategic decisions related to supplier selection, habilitation, and development.
- Create and manage the pipeline of RPP - Cost Reduction Projects.
- Provide support and perform escalation of issues in multidisciplinary interfaces, such as engineering, quality, logistics, and finance.
- Ensure compliance with development criteria established in purchasing processes.
