Do you think in digital strategies, lead with foresight, and want to sustainably shape and scale a company's e-commerce? Then we are looking for you as Chief E-Commerce Officer (m/f/d) to take our digital growth to the next level, both nationally and internationally.

Your Mission:

• Strategy & Growth: You develop and are responsible for our company-wide e-commerce strategy – with a clear focus on our core platforms Shopify, Zalando, and Amazon.

• Digital Revenue Responsibility: You manage all online sales channels, especially Shopify, Zalando, and Amazon, with the goal of continuously increasing revenue, margin, and efficiency.

• Customer Experience & Conversion: You optimize the digital customer journey across all touchpoints – from traffic generation through conversion to customer loyalty.

• Leadership & Collaboration: You lead an interdisciplinary e-commerce team and work closely with IT, Sales, Logistics, Product, and Management.

• Innovation & Market Observation: You identify new trends, tools, and technologies, test innovative approaches, and develop future-oriented measures from them.

What you should bring:

• Completed degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics, as well as demonstrable experience in e-commerce.

• At least 3 years of in-depth Shopify experience.

• You have extensive experience in leading teams and possess outstanding leadership and social skills.

• In-depth understanding of digital sales channels and strategies, as well as knowledge of the online marketplaces Amazon and Zalando.

• A high affinity for IT and a willingness to learn characterize you.

• You can be present at the Rostock office on at least 3 days per week.

• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
