Cygnify is an early-stage HRTech startup on a mission to build an AI-native platform that redefines how organizations attract, manage, and develop talent. We are seeking a visionary Chief AI & Technology Officer to join the founding team, a hands-on technology leader who can shape the product, architecture, and long-term innovation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of the AI-first HRTech platform.
  
• Build and mentor an engineering and data science team.
  
• Define and execute the technology vision, architecture, and roadmap.
  
• Partner closely with the founders to align product and market strategy.
  

Ideal Profile:

• Strong technical foundation in AI/ML, data engineering, or SaaS platforms.
  

• Proven experience leading technology or product teams (startup exposure preferred).
  

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building from the ground up.
