Candidate Ideal:

• Knowledge of financial and accounting principles;
• Solid knowledge of the legislation in force regarding financial and accounting matters;
• Able to process information, interpret it, and value it by taking decisions or providing processed data to other decision-making factors;
• Correctness, tenacity, seriousness, and a principled attitude in relations with people;
• Objectivity in evaluating and analyzing economic, financial, and social situations, receptiveness, team spirit;
• Able to prove at least 3 years of experience in the field, covering all aspects of financial and accounting activity;
• Degree holder in economics or related field;
• Knowledge of SAP program is an advantage;

Job Description:

• Managing financial documents – operates financial and accounting documents in the used accounting program.
• Verification and registration – ensures the accuracy of financial registrations and management for primary documents and accounting records.
• Invoice administration – keeps track of internal and external invoices, payments, and purchase and sales journals. Follows up on reports for received and issued invoices.
• Inventorization support – coordinates annual inventory, as well as confirmations of balances with suppliers, customers, and banks.
• Coordination and support for the team – coordinates people who manage stocks and provides support for closing accounting periods and audit teams.
• Interdepartmental collaboration – provides financial support to other departments and collaborates on specific requests.
• Pays taxes according to legislation.
• Presents semi-annual and annual financial statements.
• Maintains relationships with tax authorities.
