Requirements:
- Higher education in economics, finance and accounting;
- At least 5 years of experience in the field;
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of economic legislation necessary for exercising the function;
- Medium level English;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Managerial competence, experience in coordinating a team;
- Communication skills (relating), seriousness, dynamic personality;
- Moral and professional integrity;

Knowledge of operating in Saga represents an advantage;

In the INCDPM accounting is kept according to Ordinance 82/1991

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure good management of the institute's assets;
- Ensure compliance with fiscal legislation in the institution's area of activity;
- Organize the institute's accounting in accordance with legal provisions and ensure timely registration;
- Coordinate and verify departmental activities;
- Verify financial documents and ensure financial supervision;
- Prepare periodic, monthly, semi-annual and annual reports;
– Prepare and verify balance sheets, annual balances, inventory of the institute and make analyses based on results obtained and forecasted;
- Prepare the general budget, inform and propose corrections:
- Ensure timely preparation and compliance with legal provisions of verification balances, semi-annual and annual balances, as well as monthly reports on main economic-financial indicators;
- Report financial results, analyze and propose measures for increasing profitability;
- Develop and implement the general accounting system;
- Prepare salary statements;
- Exercise preventive financial control;
