Chemist Engineer – Plastic Masses

We are looking for a Chemist Engineer with experience in plastic masses, who will contribute to the development and optimization of technological processes.

The position requires direct involvement in technical and laboratory activities, with an emphasis on testing and analysis. You will work closely with production and quality teams.

• Participation in the development and testing of plastic mass recipes;
• Conducting physical-chemical analyses and characterizations of materials (density, viscosity, mechanical resistance, thermal stability etc.);
• Monitoring material behavior in processes such as extrusion, injection, or recycling;
• Suggesting technical solutions for improving product performance and reducing costs;
• Publishing technical documentation: test reports, technical sheets, laboratory procedures;
• Respecting safety norms, quality standards, and environmental protection.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Polymers or related fields;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the plastic masses industry (production, laboratory, research);
• Solid knowledge about plastics, additives, technological processes, and laboratory equipment;
• Familiarity with quality standards;
• Analysis skills, attention to detail, and technical thinking;
• Moderate level of English proficiency (advantage);
