This is what you can expect:

• Development and optimization of precision cleaning processes for optical components.

• Definition, validation, and programming of cleaning processes for automated cleaning systems.

• Handover of validated processes to production and ensuring a smooth process implementation.

• Accompaniment of the product launch phase as well as analysis and troubleshooting of technical process problems.

• Deduction and implementation of measures for continuous process optimization.

• Monitoring of ongoing series processes as Third-Level-Support in close cooperation with production.

• Processing complex technical questions in the field of optical processing and cleaning technology.

To be successful in this position, certain professional and personal requirements are helpful. The following demands give you an overview of which experiences and properties are beneficial for this role.

This is what you should bring:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering sciences or natural sciences, preferably with a Ph.D. in chemistry, physics, or materials science.

• First professional experience, preferably in the field of optical processing.

• Knowledge of industrial cleaning technologies, process chemicals, and auxiliaries.

• Structured, self-reliant, and goal-oriented work style in a dynamic environment.

• High stress tolerance as well as solution-oriented action, even at high workload levels.

• Outstanding teamwork skills and cooperative collaboration with different departments.

• Entrepreneurial thinking with focus on efficient process development and value creation.
