What you can expect: Preparation of samples for the residue analysis of pesticides in foodstuffs according to a broad range of methods and standards, including GC-MS and LC-MS. Conducting chemical analyses using various analytical techniques such as chromatography, spectroscopy, and titration. Developing and optimizing analytical methods and procedures. Collaborating with colleagues from other departments to ensure the smooth operation of our laboratory. Maintaining accurate records of all work performed and results obtained. Participating in internal quality control measures and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Providing support for the development and implementation of new analytical methods and procedures. What we are looking for: Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in analytical chemistry, preferably in a laboratory setting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with GC-MS and LC-MS techniques is an advantage. Certification as a chemielaborant (m/w/d) or equivalent experience is desirable.
