We are looking for a resource to be inserted with the role of Chemical Safety Officer, belonging to protected categories L.68/99.
The resource will have the responsibility of ensuring the safety of installations and chemical processes, applying safety and prevention regulations in the company.

The resource will have the following duties and responsibilities:

Management of chemical safety policies in the company.
Monitoring compliance with workplace safety regulations and environmental laws.
Identification and evaluation of risks related to the use of hazardous chemicals.
Coordination of training activities on chemical safety for personnel.
Management of chemical emergencies and safety protocols.
Supervision of waste management and hazardous substances activities.
Preparation and updating of safety documentation and reports for competent authorities.

The ideal resource has the following requirements:

Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Sciences or related fields.
Prior experience in chemical safety management.
In-depth knowledge of regulations on safety and environment.
Good risk management and emergency response skills.
Training and sensitization capabilities for personnel.
Knowledge of the English language.
