Chefmonteur or Chefmonteurin in Facade Construction (Permanent Position)

The Team As a Chief Carpenter in Facade Construction, you will be responsible for the correct assembly of facade elements according to drawings and customer wishes while adhering to deadlines and SUVA guidelines. You plan and coordinate work and lead your team until project completion. Additionally, you serve as a contact person for internal and external instances. Your tasks include: - Independent working and assembling according to plan and customer wish - Coordination of carpenters - Processing and finishing building components according to order and requirements - Processing and testing mechanical components according to drawing - Distribution of work or independent execution of welding work - Adherence to and ensuring safety guidelines - Discussion with clients, architects, or construction supervisors We expect: - Completed vocational training at the EFZ level as a metalworker / spengler / polybauer / roofer / joiner or equivalent - Experience in facade construction - Willingness to take responsibility - Category B driver's license - Teamwork and high self-motivation - Reliable, responsible, constant, independent, and accurate work style - Learning ability and good comprehension - Handicraft skills - Enjoyment of metalworking - Experience with aerial lifts From an advantage: - Basic course in height safety PSAgA - Leadership experience We offer: A permanent position in a leadership role with good social benefits and self-responsibility is on the horizon.
