Job Description Taken Package • Actively working in the kitchen (approximately 70% of your time): preparing according to recipes, tasting, adjusting and quality control • Coaching and supervising the kitchen team • Monitoring planning, workflows and efficiency within the production studio • Strict adherence to HACCP and allergen guidelines • Continuous monitoring of taste, finish and consistency • Optimization (approximately 30%): • Seasonal recipes refining and renewing • Procedures and work instructions developing and improving • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace • Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations • Developing and implementing new recipes and menu items • Collaborating with the production team to ensure efficient use of resources • Providing feedback and guidance to team members • Participating in quality control and assurance processes • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times • Being available for occasional evening or weekend work as needed • Having a valid driver's license and being willing to travel occasionally • Being able to lift 25 kg (approximately 55 lbs) and stand for long periods of time • Being able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines • Being able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Being able to work independently as well as part of a team • Having a strong sense of responsibility and accountability • Being able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities • Being able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently • Being able to communicate effectively in Dutch and English
