For this purpose, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees working in the hotel industry, including but not limited to: receptionists, housekeepers, waiters, chefs, and other support staff. Your main tasks will include: • Managing a team of employees working in the hotel industry; • Ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel service; • Coordinating with other departments to ensure the efficient functioning of the hotel; • Developing and implementing strategies for improving the quality of the hotel service; • Monitoring and controlling expenses related to the hotel service; • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service; • Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have: • A degree in hospitality management or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; • Excellent communication and leadership skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; • Fluency in French and English.
