Description of the post
- Play a strategic role alongside the team and clients, including accompaniment, media vision, and strategic digital multichannel recommendations;
- Supervise daily activities of the digital media team (team composition, workload, deliverables, priority management, internal processes, quality, and performance of campaigns);
- Be responsible for executing and performing key accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives of clients;
- Maintain respect for best practices across all digital platforms (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Video, Audio, Display, etc.);
- Ensure continuous development of team members (training, coaching, monitoring)
- Conduct constant monitoring of industry news to propose innovative solutions adapted to market needs and client objectives;
- Maintain budget tracking, optimize profitability, and ensure the effectiveness of media investments;
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and efficiently manage a diverse portfolio of accounts
- Contribute to business development.
