Your responsibilities

As Head of Service, you will be called upon to start a new department at our Quebec office. You will represent the company's interests among clients and partners. You will also participate in projects in Quebec, Canada, and abroad as needed.

• Participate in personnel recruitment;
• Be aware of business opportunities and participate in their development;
• Participate in writing service offers;
• Prioritize schedules and resource planning;
• Control the progress of activities and general coordination;
• Establish technical communications between discipline leaders;
• Manage relationships with clients and participate in developing new markets;
• Perform project manager roles on local projects
• Design mechanical or electrical building works;
• Calculate quantities and estimate costs;
• Validate the quality of raw materials;
• Participate in writing inspection reports.
