Head of Service – Confectionery and Pastry Shop Founded in 1879 with Tea Salon and Lunch Restaurant We are looking for a Head of Service passionate about ensuring attentive and elegant service, in line with the family spirit of the House. Welcome and loyalty to customers, maintenance of order and supervision of the room, coordination of service, collaboration with the kitchen, training and mentoring of the team, organization of schedules, order management, inventory and cash register management, responsibility for the smooth running of the establishment, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
