Description of the post :
- Operational supervision : Supervise the preparation and presentation of dishes at the restaurant and in banquets, respecting the standards established by the Executive Chef.
- Staff management : Participate in planning schedules according to budgets, promote ongoing training and team development, and encourage teamwork within the kitchen and with other departments.
- Quality control : Ensure compliance with portion sizes, ingredient specifications, and rigorous application of hygiene and safety standards.
- Maintenance and hygiene of premises : Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, proper functioning of equipment, and follow up on maintenance needs.
- Innovation and collaboration : Bring and share new ideas, knowledge, and skills to constantly improve culinary practices and team performance.
