You will be accompanied and trained by your apprenticeship master on the following missions: * Carry out preparation (clearing and setting tables...) * Check the cleanliness of dishes and cutlery * Proceed with cleaning the restaurant and banquet rooms * Master tray service * Advise clients on food choices, daily specials, and the wine list * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service * Ensure billing and check cash transactions * Apply and respect HACCP standards 5 reasons to join us: 1.
