SaaS Solution Deployment Project Manager

Who are we?

N2JSoft is a B2B SaaS fintech specializing in the digitalization of HR and financial processes, developing two solutions: N2F and Vertical Expense.

You will be working more specifically on Vertical Expense, our SaaS expense management solution that supports companies and public organizations in their digital transformation.

Our mission: to simplify, automate, and secure the management of professional expenses, while adapting to the needs and sometimes complex contexts of our clients. Our solution is highly customizable, interoperable, and deployed with demanding organizations, often with diverse user groups (mobile employees, agents, temporary workers, external contractors…).

Why this role?

To support the development of our projects and meet our clients' needs, we are strengthening our Consulting team. We are looking for a Deployment Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Vertical Expense solution with our clients, in collaboration with internal teams (technical, product, CSM) and client stakeholders (IT, Finance, HR, business departments).

You will be at the heart of projects, from understanding needs to configuring the solution and supporting users.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead deployment projects from A to Z, from scoping to go-live.

• Analyze client needs and advise them on optimizing their processes.

• Facilitate project workshops and ensure coordination of different stakeholders.

• Write and get approval for functional specifications and project deliverables.

• Organize and perform solution configuration according to the client's business rules.

• Support technical integrations (ERP/HRIS connectors, SSO, API…).

• Oversee testing phases, acceptance, training, and handover to support teams.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our delivery processes.

• Act as an active channel for client feedback to the product teams.

• Monitor projects and ensure client satisfaction.

What we expect from you:

• You have successful experience as a functional project manager or functional consultant in the context of a deployment project (Finance, HR, ERP, or HRIS solutions… is a plus).

• You master databases and SQL, and you understand web, API, SSO, and exchange formats environments.

• You possess a good functional level, particularly in topics related to accounting, professional expenses, and business processes.

• You are comfortable in multi-stakeholder projects and know how to adopt a functional consulting posture with clients.

• You are organized, rigorous, reactive, and communicate with ease both in writing and orally.

Recruitment process

1. HR phone interview.

2. First role-playing exercise: discovery of a SaaS expense management solution and discussion of its features.

3. Second role-playing exercise (autonomous): practical configuration case on a test environment.

4. Meeting with the Head of Delivery, Project Manager, and HR (1 hour).

Position based in Aix-en-Provence, salary: €45k to €50k gross annual depending on profile.
