Your Future Work Environment:

Within the Infrastructure & Cloud Services subsidiary, you will join a team at a major client's site in a stimulating environment. You will be supported by a dynamic team that will involve you actively in the entire project.

We are looking for an Application Operability Manager profile to take ownership of the integration of applications into production from end to end by coordinating the various stakeholders and to act as a consultant for Infra & Operations to foster co-construction of applications.

They ensure the smooth running of applications and monitor their performance from end to end with the aim of continuous improvement and optimization of service quality.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

As an Application Project Manager, you will work for major clients and define solutions for operating applications, by analyzing the impacts and constraints of production and anticipating their realization.

• You will be responsible for processing requests.
• In case of using non-standard infrastructure, you will identify the contributors and manage the necessary actions for the request's completion.
• In case of using catalog services, you will validate the prerequisites for accessing the service, determine the input parameters for production, and ensure that the actions are carried out.
• You will contribute to optimizing client billing by estimating project costs.
• You will finalize the team's workload plan.
• You will participate with the projects in the application's operating strategy to facilitate the use of Infra and Operations services.
• You will collaborate with architects to move towards standardized infrastructures and, if necessary, manage the construction of different environments.
• You will provide expertise on application linking chains and participate in the analysis and resolution of client dissatisfaction.
• You will ensure the operational maintenance of applications.
• You will be responsible for the end-to-end performance and vision of the batch plan for the applications.

Your Profile:

Graduated from an Engineering school or equivalent, you already have significant experience in a similar role.

You communicate easily in English and are recognized for your listening skills, interpersonal qualities, rigor, and leadership.

You have experience in managing projects using agile or ITIL methodologies.

You possess the following skills and knowledge:

• Knowledge and monitoring of ITIL processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management)

• Analysis and Reporting

• Ability to formalize support, write documents, and synthesize information

• Project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, DevOps)

• Generalist skills in Infrastructure
