Job description

Lead Expert Assistant Health and Social Services (CPEX AGS)

The and are responsible as cantonal vocational training associations for basic and tertiary B education in their respective sectors for vocational training development and talent promotion. In addition to inter-company courses (ÜK) in basic education, we offer professional pedagogical further training and professional exchange, and advise on educational matters. In cooperation with the authorities and examination commission 76 of the Canton of Zurich, we carry out tasks in the qualification procedure (QV) for basic education Assistant Health and Social Services EBA.

We are looking for a

Lead Expert Assistant Health and Social Services (CPEX AGS)

Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for the implementation of the AGS qualification procedure, create and/or update operational QV documents, and are responsible for quality assurance.
  • You conduct QV training and information events for examination candidates, in-company vocational trainers, and examination experts AGS.
  • You are the contact person for QV questions for examination candidates, training companies, examination experts AGS, and other bodies.
  • You validate the examination results and process appeals in accordance with cantonal directives.
  • You perform interface functions (with other CPEX, the Office for Secondary and Vocational Education, examination commission 76, and the two industry associations) at national or cantonal level.
  • You take over substitution tasks for CPEX FaGe as needed in their absence.

What you bring:

  • A federal professional qualification in the health or social sector, preferably at the tertiary level (higher vocational education or university).
  • Further training as an examination expert and as a vocational trainer, or the willingness to complete the vocational trainer course during the onboarding phase.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years as an examination expert.
  • Very good German language skills in speaking and writing, strong communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility for maintaining official confidentiality.
  • With your reliability, analytical and solution-oriented mindset, and organizational and leadership skills, you enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • You can identify with an annual working time model (greater workload in the first half of the year).
