As our chief engineer/technology, you will be responsible for:
- Led and guide the engineering team, promoting innovation and continuous improvement in all platforms (backend, frontend, mobile, and QA).
- Define and implement software architecture, technical standards, and best practices to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with product teams to align technology initiatives with business goals, plan the roadmap, and prioritize the backlog.
- Serve as a technical authority, resolving complex problems and making critical decisions in development and production.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and team capacity to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
- Establish KPIs for the engineering department and report progress to senior leadership.
- Promote agile methodologies and a DevOps culture to increase efficiency and collaboration within the team.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and data protection laws in all engineering practices.
