To complement the team, a motivated professional as Diet Chef (m/w/d) is sought from August 1, 2025 or by arrangement. Tasks - Preparation of balanced, fresh, and seasonal dishes - Participation in menu planning, including dietary requirements - Contribution to culinary events and special occasions - Close cooperation with the Gastronomy department - Compliance with hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP Profile - Completed training as a chef/chef EFZ - Further education as Diet Chef/Diet Cook with eidg. Fachausweis or several years of experience in dietetics (or willingness to further educate) - High quality requirements, structured work approach - Team orientation and sense of responsibility - Good German language skills and basic knowledge of Office and specialized IT tools.
