In the exclusive lounges at Zurich Airport, you will work right in the midst of things, together with a dedicated team. Here you have the opportunity to show off your skills and prepare unforgettable experiences for our guests. Tasks - -Preparation of high-quality meals for First- and Business-Class lounges -Implementation of à la carte menus (First Class) as well as buffet offerings (Business/Senator) -Compliance with quality and hygiene standards (HACCP) -Support in ordering and controlling goods -Participation in internal and external customer presentations Profile - - Completed vocational training as a chef (m/w/d) with EFZ or EBA - Professional experience in upscale gastronomy (First Class with à la carte required) - Careful and cost-conscious handling of foodstuffs - Good knowledge of German (level B2) and English is an advantage - Independent, reliable, and team-oriented working style - Willingness to work shifts and on weekends, with shifts ranging from 05:00 AM to 11:00 PM in a year-round operation (without room hours) Benefits In the lounges, you can expect a unique workplace at Zurich Airport, where you can daily demonstrate your skills.
