Your Role

As Lead Construction Manager:in Graubünden, you will take over the professional and personnel leadership of our construction management team at the locations in the canton of Graubünden. You will ensure that our construction projects are realized on time, cost-consciously and with high quality, and will be actively involved in your own projects as a construction manager as much as possible. You will be the interface between clients, project managers, and internal specialist departments and will contribute significantly to the further development of our team. This position offers you a lot of creative freedom, real leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to actively shape the construction culture in Graubünden.

Your Tasks

• Leadership and deployment planning of the construction management team
• Control and support of projects with regard to costs, quality, and deadlines
• Ensuring quality standards and targeted further development of the team
• Coordination with clients, project managers, and internal specialist departments
• Management of own projects as a construction manager from the start of construction until warranty acceptance
• Participation in tender and awarding processes

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in construction management and project management, ideally as a certified architect:in, technician:in or certified civil engineering construction manager:in
• Leadership competence and enjoyment in team development
• Strong awareness of quality, costs, and deadlines
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Confident handling of MS Office, knowledge of Messerli Bauad is an advantage
