We are looking for a Chief Physician Secretary Pediatrics 90% effective October 1, 2026, or by agreement.

Your tasks – our position

• Organization and management of the chief physician's secretariat
• Organization and planning of consultations; contact with patients and referring physicians
• Writing medical reports and general correspondence for the chief physician
• Creation of documentation and statistics
• Preparation of applications and organization of events
• Administration of human resources (applications, onboarding, and employee interviews)
• Organizational tasks within the scope of clinic management

Your skills – our requirements

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification. Training as a medical or chief physician secretary is an advantage.
• You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as good French language skills.
• Ideally, you have professional experience in the healthcare sector, are very familiar with medical terminology, and are proficient in using common MS Office applications.
• You distinguish yourself through a high sense of responsibility, flexibility, and an independent, structured, and precise way of working.
• You are a motivated, dedicated, and team-oriented personality with a joy for collaboration.
• You approach technical and organizational changes with openness and are willing to actively shape new processes.
