The Schön Klinik Neustadt is located directly on the Baltic Sea beach of the Bay of Lübeck. As a central hospital, it ensures medical care in Ostholstein. With specializations in orthopedics, trauma surgery, neurology, and internal medicine, it treats approximately 50,000 patients annually in the acute and rehabilitation areas. The clinic offers 560 beds and employs more than 1,100 employees. Since 2003, it has been an academic teaching hospital of the University of Lübeck and part of the family-run Schön Klinik Group.
We are looking for support for 30 hours per week, starting immediately.
Your Tasks – Here’s What You Can Look Forward To
Structured Office Organization: You will independently manage all secretarial tasks and maintain an overview at all times.
Efficient Appointment Scheduling: You will organize and coordinate outpatient clinics and schedule both outpatient clinic and operating room appointments for patients.
Careful Patient Registration: You will handle the administrative registration of patients and ensure a smooth process.
Reliable Event Coordination: You will plan internal meetings, continuing education events, and other discussion rounds, and coordinate their scheduling.
Professional Correspondence Handling: You will process internal and external correspondence as well as all mail and email traffic.
Conscientious OR Schedule Preparation: You will prepare the daily operating room schedule.
Professional Contact Management: You will maintain contact with our referring physicians and expand the existing network.
Your Profile – What We Are Looking For
- You have completed vocational training in a medical field, for example, as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d).
- You have gained initial professional experience in a clinic or practice setting and feel comfortable in this work environment.
- You always approach patients in a service-oriented and confident manner.
- You possess good IT skills, especially in MS Office. Knowledge of ORBIS is desirable.
- Your strong social skills, reliability, and your independent yet team-oriented work style particularly set you apart.
