The Royal Hotel in Denman (ZIZOOM PTY LTD) is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team. We are a continental-style bistro offering quality, well-presented meals in a relaxed hotel setting. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality continental bistro dishes
- Assist with menu planning and daily specials
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness (HACCP standards)
- Manage food preparation, stock control, and portioning
- Work efficiently during service while maintaining consistency and quality
- Collaborate with management and front-of-house staff
About You
- Qualified Chef (Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery preferred)
- Previous experience in a bistro, hotel, or restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of continental cuisine
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
- Availability for weekends and evenings
