• Food Preparation & Execution: Lead all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring food is prepared to the highest standards.
• Menu Development: Innovate and improve our menu offerings, creating dishes that reflect our quality and style.
• Cost Management: Estimate food and labour costs, helping to manage budgets and maximize profitability.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Equipment Oversight: Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained; arrange for repairs or replacements as needed.
• Staff Recruitment & Training: Assist in hiring and onboarding new kitchen staff to ensure a strong and capable team.
• Issue Resolution: Address any operational issues or customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle daily kitchen paperwork and staff management duties.
• Compliance: Ensure the kitchen adheres to all food safety, hygiene, and nutritional standards.
• Positive Work Culture: Promote a professional, respectful, and friendly work environment.

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role
• Strong background in a variety of cuisines and cooking techniques
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
