We are seeking a skilled Italian Chef with local experience to join our team on a full-time basis (40 hours per week)with an immediate start.

About the Role:

• Full-time position – 40 hours per week
• Pay rate: $30 per hour
• Preparing and cooking authentic Italian cuisine
• Strong pizza-making experience is essential
• Work with fresh ingredients only (no commercial freezers)
• Busy restaurant located just outside North Melbourne Train Station

Requirements:

• Must be an Australian Citizen (no sponsorship available)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Italian restaurant
• Confident in pizza and pasta preparation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
