Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis . The successful candidate will take responsibility for daily kitchen operations, menu execution, staff training and management, inventory control, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and cook food to high-quality standards, ensuring consistency and presentation are excellent. • Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and controlling waste. • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent supply of high-quality ingredients. • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses. • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and food safety standards. • Participate in menu planning and development, ensuring dishes are innovative, appealing, and meet customer expectations. • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance. • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer feedback and concerns. • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, contributing to a productive and respectful work environment.
