Rezz Hotel is looking for an experienced Chef.
Its magnificent Mediterranean design and state of the art commercial kitchen and multiple dining and entertainment areas makes Rezz, South Australia's most unique hotel. Located in Newton, opposite the beautiful Thorndon Park reserve and only 15min from the CBD, Rezz, a family operated venue is now offering positions for talented and enthusiastic Chef.
Experience in Mediterranean cuisine is preferred as is:
• Must have at least Diploma or Higher Qualification and at least 12 months of relevant work experience
• Team Player.
• Able to operate in a busy kitchen.
• Reliable.
• Understands ordering and stock control.
• Be willing to take on the role as required by the executive chef.
• Calm when it counts.
• Clean and organized.
• Follows State Legislated Food Health and Safety Laws.
