Chef Profile - Daytime Operation without Room Service

Tasks include supporting the kitchen team in daytime and evening business, working on menu creation and implementing innovative special menus, supporting purchasing and preparing offerings for the next day, close collaboration with the gastronomy leadership, catering and preparation of banquets and various gastronomic events, ensuring guest satisfaction, including wedding, birthday, and corporate event management. Additionally, assisting with serving at the buffet station, ensuring compliance with all regulations, particularly in the areas of hygiene and organization of cleaning. Profile: Completed culinary vocational training, excellent service orientation, and swift working style. Very good German language skills, additional languages a plus. Polished, friendly, and confident demeanor. Structured, clean, and efficient work style. High willingness to work, including weekends and holidays. Business understanding. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with flexibility and overview. Confident phone manner and competent information provision.
