We are now seeking an experienced, motivated, and qualified Chef to manage our Kitchen operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Chef.
• Passion for hospitality and Food

Key Responsibilities

• Leading kitchen operations and preparing high-quality dishes in line with restaurant standards
• Planning and contributing to menu development, including seasonal specials
• Supervising kitchen staff to ensure efficient daily workflow
• Maintaining exceptional standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene
• Working with fresh ingredients to prepare authentic, innovative meals from Coromandel cuisine
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and monitoring stock levels
• Training, mentoring, and supporting junior kitchen team members
• Ensuring strict compliance with food safety regulations, OH&S requirements, and kitchen hygiene standards
• Coordinating closely with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth communication and timely service
• Implementing, monitoring, and maintaining kitchen cleaning schedules
