In this versatile function, you will take responsibility in a dynamic catering environment with exciting large-scale events and exclusive events. Leadership of a 3-person pastry team Preparation and production of dessert buffets for events with up to 5,000 people Support in event planning as well as active participation in the implementation Responsibility for setting up and taking down dessert buffets as well as the proper arrangement of dessert courses Production of baked goods and pastries according to customer specifications Coordination with external partners and suppliers Quality control and assurance of all products and services Continuous training and further education to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the industry
