We are passionate about delivering authentic Italian cuisine made with heart and tradition. As our team grows, we are currently seeking a Qualified Chef who shares our love for great food and brings experience, dedication, and creativity to the kitchen.

Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Chef with a minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in Italian cuisine. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a team environment, and can deliver consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan menus and estimate food and labour costs
• Order and manage food supplies and inventory
• Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes
• Monitor the quality and presentation of dishes at all stages
• Discuss food preparation and service details with kitchen and waiting staff
• Enforce hygiene and food safety standards
• Demonstrate techniques and train kitchen staff as required
• Freeze and preserve foods as necessary

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience (2–3 years minimum) in Italian cuisine
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Team player with good communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
